Licensed in real estate sales in California since 1983, Ronda has spent over 27 years involved in all aspects of the escrow field of real estate. She has successfully closed 75 escrows valued at over $200 million in her tenure with National Hotel Motel Brokers.
Ronda gained a wealth of knowledge while working at the commercial escrow division of a major title company. She also closed over 130 escrows valued at more than $100 million for a large California based real estate brokerage firm.
Since joining National Hotel Motel Brokers in 1998, Ronda is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the escrow process as well as participating in the procurement of new loans for buyers.
