Brian brings a wealth of business experience as an entrepeneur and lodging owner/operator to his profession as an agent for National Hotel Motel Brokers. He received his early business training in a large hazardous material transportation company. Brian used that experience to found a computer and office equipment repair business. His background as a small business owner stood him in good stead when he branched into the hospitality industry.
Brian has been in the business for over ten years and successfully operated a 36 unit independent property as well as a 65 unit full-service franchised hotel. He is very knowledgeable about ecommerce and IT. His hands-on experience running hotels has been invaluable in assisting his clients with operational problems and property management procedures. Brian was recently honored by being elected to the Board of Directors of California Lodging Industry Association.
